CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
  • Prior experience in customer service in reputable Facilities Management company.

  • Knowledge of CAFM and other software tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with customers and team members.

  • Strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

PPM SPECIAL
  • Proven experience in scheduling Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and in maintenance management or facilities management.

  • Knowledge of CAFM and other software tools.

  • Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices to ensure efficient scheduling and execution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with customers and team members.

LANDSCAPING AND
PEST CONTROL
SUPERVISOR
  • Certification in Landscaping Engineering is required.

  • Certified by Dubai Municipality in pest control.

  • Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance and pest control, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Supervise and train landscaping and pest control staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  • Develop and implement landscaping plans, including planting, maintenance, and design.

  • Assess pest control needs and create effective treatment plans for various environments.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of pest control products.

  • Inspect work sites to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

  • Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates on services.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for landscaping and pest control projects.

CAFM AND HELPDESK
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with proven experience in CAFM systems.

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAFM systems, email, internet applications, and databases.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong teamwork ethic with a commitment to promoting customer service excellence.

  • Customer service-oriented, with a focus on identifying and achieving team objectives and priorities.

  • Capable of supervising the helpdesk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
