CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Prior experience in customer service in reputable Facilities Management company.

Knowledge of CAFM and other software tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with customers and team members.

Strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
PPM SPECIAL
-
Proven experience in scheduling Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and in maintenance management or facilities management.

Knowledge of CAFM and other software tools.

Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices to ensure efficient scheduling and execution.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with customers and team members.
LANDSCAPING AND
PEST CONTROL
SUPERVISOR
-
Certification in Landscaping Engineering is required.
-
Certified by Dubai Municipality in pest control.

Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance and pest control, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Supervise and train landscaping and pest control staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Develop and implement landscaping plans, including planting, maintenance, and design.

Assess pest control needs and create effective treatment plans for various environments.
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of pest control products.
-
Inspect work sites to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
-
Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates on services.
-
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for landscaping and pest control projects.
CAFM AND HELPDESK
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with proven experience in CAFM systems.

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
-
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAFM systems, email, internet applications, and databases.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strong teamwork ethic with a commitment to promoting customer service excellence.

Customer service-oriented, with a focus on identifying and achieving team objectives and priorities.

Capable of supervising the helpdesk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
