All consumables are covered under the maintenance contract and are free of cost. Consumables include oil, grease, and cleaning chemicals. Please note that refrigerants and lamps are not considered consumables.
DSC FS Call Centre is open from 8.30 am to midnight, Saturday to Thursday. For emergency calls during after-hours and during public holidays, your call will be automatically diverted to our standby call center operator to respond to your requirements. Emergency calls will be part of the free reactive maintenance callouts.
Responses to 6 reactive maintenance callouts are free of charge for contractor-related breakdowns (charges will apply for callouts above packaged frequency). If materials are available with the standby technicians, we can make final repairs immediately based on the client’s requirements. Materials used will be charged.
Upon signing an Annual Maintenance Contract, the client will be provided with a schedule for one year of the activities on the premises related to all planned maintenance. This schedule forms the basis for the technicians to visit the property periodically to carry out preventative maintenance to mechanical equipment such as air conditioning, electrical switch panels, pumps, drainage systems, etc. A PPM check sheet containing all activities will be filled in while the technician is carrying out the work.

The service will also include a full pictorial report of each cleaning process and progress. Any irregularities will be immediately reported to the client.

DSC FS will conduct a detailed quarterly control of pests, with free follow up if required. To prevent migration of pests to untreated areas, including both internal and external pest control operations must be on the same day.
