Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages are competitively priced and can be selected as per the client’s needs and budget. Choose between Platinum, Gold or Silver packages that vary in services from basic PPM requirements to a luxury, all-inclusive home service.

The Advantages of an AMC
- Our maintenance inspections are provided on a check sheet that requires specific interventions in order to complete the tasks. This is then issued to our clients so that they are fully informed of the condition and functionality of the equipment.
- All our AMC packages include unlimited call outs free of charge during working hours.
- For emergency calls, 24 hours per day, there is also no charge.
- All repairs carried out on contracted equipment are free of labour charges. Materials are supplied at preferential rates to AMC clients.

24 Hours Request Logging & Response
DSC FS Call Centre is open from 8.30am to midnight, Saturday to Thursday. For emergency calls after-hours and during public holidays, your call will be automatically diverted to our standby call centre operator to respond to your requirements.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services
Upon signing an Annual Maintenance Contract, the client will be provided with a schedule for one year of the activities on the premises related to all planned maintenance. This schedule forms the basis for the technicians to visit the property periodically to carry out preventative maintenance to mechanical equipment such as air conditioning, electrical switch panels, pumps, drainage systems, etc. A PPM check sheet containing all activities will be filled in while the technician is carrying out the work.
All consumables are covered under the maintenance contract and are free of cost. Consumables include oil, grease and cleaning chemicals. Please note that refrigerants and lamps are not considered as consumables.
Unlimited Call Out
Response to all calls are free of charge for contractor-related breakdowns. If materials are available with the standby technicians, we can make final repairs immediately based on the client’s requirements. Materials used will be charged.
Annual Cleaning & sterilization of Water Tanks, Including Laboratory Test Report
DSC FS provides water tank cleaning and disinfection as per DM Regulations, along with a Microbiological Test Certificate from a DM approved laboratory. The service will also include a full pictorial report of each cleaning process and progress. Any irregularities will be reported to the client.
All services included in Silver plus:
Pest Control by Dubai Municipality-Approved Contractor using DM Approved Chemicals (General)
DSC FS will conduct a detailed quarterly control of pests, with free follow up if required. To prevent migration of pests to untreated areas, both internal and external pest control operations must be on the same day.
All services included in Silver plus:
Cleaning of external windows (Monthly)
Cleaning of all external window frames, and glass and balcony doors and compound gate / grilles.
Cleaning of outside paved yards (within the villa compound – Quarterly)
Cleaning of all paved interlocked or tiled walkways around the villa – sweeping and washing the entire walkway area.
Cleaning and Servicing of all internal and external lights (Bi-annually)
- Cleaning internal light fittings
- Cleaning light switches, power points and skirting boards, doors and frames
- Cleaning of chandeliers is excluded
Facade Washing (Annually)
External villa from top to bottom walls façade washing with use of 120 bar high-pressure jet machine. Façade washing includes walls surrounding the villa, garage and internal boundary walls.
